Management and Leadership Training for New or Aspiring Managers

This six-month program is designed to develop individual contributors to become managers. It is geared toward newly promoted supervisors, managers of a process, or individuals who will become managers in the near future.

Designed to help new or aspiring managers develop the effective leadership and management skills they need to manage their staff well, the program requires a commitment on the part of both the organization and the participant.  The organization is investing in the development of the employee by identifying them as a participant in this program. As a participant in this management and leadership program, the employee agrees to attend each session, participate in a monthly training session, and complete all assignments. Assignments will be designed for real-life application to address current business situations.

The program consists of six core training sessions and an assessment to identify baseline traits and tendencies.  Each training session is from 9:00 A.M-4:00 P.M. The program is delivered on a monthly basis. The intent of the program is to develop effective leadership and management skills, and to build a team environment amongst the participants.
