The program incorporates Guiding Principles and Leadership Imperatives. Throughout the year, teams will look for ways to improve quality by building and nurturing strong teams. The program will foster innovative and creative approaches to leading people, teams and projects.

The format of the Leadership Academy program is to create on-going development of key talent within the organization. The goal is to:

  • Create bench strength
  • Increase trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Participants will be divided into teams that will focus on real business processes. Every session, teams will have an opportunity to collaborate and work on their business process. At the end of the program, teams will present to the executive team. They will share their challenge, how they plan to overcome it, and solutions to improve the process.
