Heather Clarke-Peckerman, Founder and CEO

Heather Clarke-Peckerman is a Leadership Development Expert specializing in Executive Coaching and Management Training. For over two decades, she has helped leaders develop and refine the skills essential to meet their work demands while living a life that is congruent to their values.

Heather graduated with a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and received a Certificate in Coaching from the Institute of Professional Excellence Coaching.

 

She is an avid hiker and loves to work out, volunteer, and spend time with her family and friends.

Christina D'Oliveira, HCM and Change Specialist

Christina has deep knowledge and experience stemming over 30 years of corporate experience leading small to large, national, and global people-centric organizational transformations.

As a Consultant, she has over 10 years as a PROSCI certified business and change mgt. consultant helping firms pivot and thrive during times of process, technology, and people organizational changes.

​

She is also the best-selling author of “The JOY of Losing Your JOB, HOPE Beyond Blood, Sweat, and Tears” and” Be the BOSS of YOU”  

Dena Moscola, Professional Leadership Coach & Trainer

With a passion to help others, Dena spent the first several years of her career in human services. She quickly rose into management, helping adults with special needs reach higher potentials in their professional lives. This gave her hands-on training in a broad range of industries enabling her to assist business leaders and their teams as they learned how to work with a variety of personalities, needs and styles.  

 

Special skills include breaking through resistance, negotiating, public speaking, revealing blind spots, and bringing out the best in others. Topics commonly sought out for are change management, style flexing, performance management, strategic planning, communication, emotional intelligence, succession planning, executive presence, influence, moral building and more.

Michele Voris, Project Manager

Michele Voris is a US Marine Veteran, CEO of a 17-year Virtual Assistant Network and has a passion for working with business professionals. She has a Bachelors in Organizational Management/Human Resources and Masters in Business Administration. She holds multiple coaching certifications from WellCoaches, Lifestyle Medicine Institute, CHEF Culinary School and worked for a well-known coaching company for 2 years.

Her corporate background is working as a Fortune 100 Corporate Recruiter and Supply Chain Management Human Resources Manager. Her specialities are in systems-management and operations capacities.  She lives in Colorado with her family and golden doodles.
