Heather Clarke-Peckerman is the Founder and CEO of Stratengy, a leadership development firm. She is a respected Global Executive Coach and Trainer. With over two decades of experience, Heather specializes in executive coaching and management training, helping leaders elevate their performance while living and leading in alignment with their values.
Heather holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and earned her Certificate in Coaching from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Her approach blends psychological insight with practical leadership strategies to support growth, resilience, and intentional leadership.

Belinda MJ. Brown is a seasoned global trainer, executive coach, and consultant withover 6,000 coaching hours across diverse industries and cultures. With more than 15 years of leadership experience at multinational corporations such as Carrefour, Renault, Brambles, and Walt Disney Worldwide, she brings deep expertise ininternational business, strategic development, and cross-cultural leadership. Her corporate work spanned Europe, Asia, and the Americas, where she led initiatives in cost reduction, risk management, and talent development, including designing management programs for Carrefour and Shurgard Self Storage Europe. Over the past 14 years, Belinda has lived and worked globally, coaching leaders and teams across four continents in countries including France, the U.S., Egypt, UAE, Mexico, South Africa, and India.
Belinda specializes in executive, group, expat, and team coaching, with a focus on leadership, diversity, inclusion, emotional intelligence, and organizational transformation. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Sourcing & Procurement and is certified as a Professional Coach (CPC), holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC ) credential from the International Coaching Federation ( ICF) , Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and EQ-i2.0 & EQ 360 Practitioner. Her training also include ORSC™, Narrative Coaching, Theory U, Lumina Spark, conflict management, and behavioral/motivators analysis(CPBA, CPMA, OD 360). Michele Voris, Project Manager

Michele Voris is a US Military Veteran. She has been a business owner since 2007. With over 2,500 coaching hours, Michele is a seasoned Coach trained and certified through the Tony Robbins Coaching Academy, Wellcoaches, and CHEF Coaching. She coaches both individuals and groups. As a former Director of an Adult Continuing Education Program at a community college, she loved educating adults and empowering them to make healthy, collaborative decisions that best serve them and their teams.
Michele is currently completing additional certifications in Nutrition through Food Matters and pursuing her Certified Personal Trainer credential through ISSA. She believes that supporting individuals holistically—through both personal and professional development—creates a ripple effect that elevates every area of their lives, helping them step fully into their highest potential.
Michele holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado Christian University. Her core strengths include project management, operations, and accountability. She is passionate about empowering leaders, building high-performing teams, and helping clients align purpose with performance to create lasting impact.

She is an international executive coach and trainer, well known for her capacity to develop reflective leaders who create results-driven, adaptive, and innovative organizations by putting people first.
Céline has an international background and has spent over 20 years abroad. Her multilingual talents mean her personalized and intensive work can be carried out in English, French, and Spanish, successfully combining her culturally sensitive approach with respect and value for all cultures and structures.
Her client base extends throughout Europe, Asia, and the US and includes pro bono actions. She has also been a featured speaker at HEC coaching school for the past 10 years.
Céline holds two coaching certificates from HEC and an EMCC Coaching Supervision degree. She graduated from Telecom Bretagne with an engineering background and holds a Master’s in Corporate Strategy and Organization from HEC.
Céline is a PCC ICF coach, a coach supervisor, and an ICF Mentor coach, author of the book « Les tribulations d'un coach français en Inde », (2016, InterEdition), co-author of the book “Global Coaching for the Whole Being”, (2019, VAPress) and of the book “15 cas de coaching expliqués” (2022, InterÉditions).
