I get the pleasure of working with people who are incredible leaders, forward-thinkers, and leaders who lead from their strengths.
Leaders who work from their strengths — or as I call it, from their comfort zone — tend to be happier, more effective, and more engaged. According to Gallup, they also positively impact their business's bottom line and are about six times more engaged in and out of the office.

On top of that, these studies have found that leaders who use their strengths are happier, more confident, and less frazzled.
The next time you are down on yourself, remember that you are full of strengths that are there to serve you in being your best self yet. I like to think of strengths as gifts. When we all use our own unique and special gifts, things tend to flow better for everyone. Remember to be the genius you were created to be!
